Returns and Cancellations Policy

In case the customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, the customer is entitled to get a refund for the amount paid. Customers shall raise a ticket for the same via the the customer service team and will also have the provision to upload the image of the product.

The product shall be collected by the delivery staff based on the date and time updated by the customer. Once the product is collected, our staff will update the customer with this info,which will notify our finance department and CCS to refund the amount. Refunds will be credited via Bank Transfer or via any other payment mode depending on the request made by the customer within 5-7 working days.

All the claims of shortage or damages must be reported to us on the same day of delivery through the ‘contact us’ page on the website or via phone call.
